As a part of our Certified Green Restaurant commitment, we do not use any Styrofoam take out containers in our dining halls. Instead, we offer students an opportunity to purchase an eco-kit which includes a reusable to go container, hot/cold beverage bottle, metal straw and eco-friendly bag. The key to taking food out of our dining halls is the reusable to-go container; it's yours to keep and use as needed. Students can take food out of the dining hall, bring the box back dirty and swap it out at the register for a clean one so they never have to do any dishes!
